Terms of Use

The Services are operated by Lusail Sports Club, based at the Al Egla training site in Lusail, State of Qatar.

You must be at least 18 years old to create a membership account. Accounts for junior academy members are created and managed by a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please give accurate information and keep it up to date, and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Membership gives you access to club features in the app. Attendance scanned at our turnstiles may earn an academy-registration discount at the rates the Club sets from time to time. Discount rates, caps and eligibility are decided by the Club and may change. The discount has no cash value and is not transferable.

Match tickets, entry and matchday arrangements are subject to the rules of the Club and the venue. The Club may change fixtures, kick-off times and matchday information.

Where products are offered, prices and availability may change without notice. Any purchase, delivery, return or refund is subject to the terms shown at the point of sale.

You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you must not:

• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or another user's account;
• interfere with or disrupt the Services or other users;
• use the Services for any unlawful purpose; or
• copy, scrape or redistribute our content without permission.

The Lusail SC name, crest, logos and all content on the Services — text, images, video and design — are owned by or licensed to the Club and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not use them without our written permission.

The Services may link to third-party websites and rely on third-party services (such as Google / Firebase). We are not responsible for the content or the practices of those third parties.

We work to keep our information — fixtures, results, the league table, news and prices — accurate and current, but we provide the Services "as is" and cannot guarantee they will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Club is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Services, and we may update these Terms. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar, and any dispute relating to them or to the Services is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
